Our luxurious 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, designed by a young aspiring Estonian designer, our dear Keiu Varba, and Estonian designer Aet Piel, feature the best interior finishing materials and sanitary appliances of the highest class in harmony with the highest standards of the modern times and the era of the 1930s. Two apartments on the 7th floor have an exclusive glass roof hatch, which ensure access to spacious roof terraces with breathtaking panoramic views over Tallinn and the Gulf of Finland.

Interior design of the apartments is created keeping in mind the timeless style of the 1930s. Finished with great care using natural materials in combination with highest quality Estonian made design and products as much as possible. All the technical solutions used are top of the line.

The high ceilings of the hall, kitchen and rooms, hinged doors and relief floor slates create a spacious and luxurious atmosphere. The floors are coved with wide oak board parquet. The bathroom has white wall tiles placed as bricks and dark grey floor that create an atmosphere characteristic of the era.

All the bedrooms have custom made curtains both daily and darkening. In combination with new high-quality, triple-glass package soundproof wooden-aluminium windows will get a quality sleep you deserve.
